As a group instructor, NEVER turn your back to your class.

They ALWAYS react this way when...

ALWAYS practice patience, never move *too* quickly.

NEVER say can’t.

ALWAYS push forward, NEVER quit.

I try to avoid absolute thinking,
thinking that puts me (or others’) in a box-
thinking that doesn’t allow for exceptions-

But the fact that I will NEVER like beef stroganoff remains steadfast. 😂😂😂
