DEATH.
Today, I am sharing something that most want to avoid talking about-
and for good reason- it sucks and it’s tough and it is uncomfortable.
I will be the first to acknowledge that I have made (and continue to make) mistakes in this area, but I have found that ACKNOWLEDGING the person “left” as well as THE person who passed is important in a friendship-
Also, please know that it’s NEVER too late TO acknowledge their passing-
If you dropped the ball, or it was uncomfortable to approach the subject when it happened-
Know that it’s never too late to either apologize, OR ask the person how they are coping.
-
Today, I’m recognizing and honoring someone who has made a HUGE impact on me as a mother who is no longer with us-
And I wanted to share my thoughts with you all on this.
-
Stepping out of your comfort zone doesn’t always have to do with exercise-
It has so much to do with friendship and community and communication.
I hope that this provides value somehow to someone...
