I ate the CRAP outta that Croissant.

and I enjoyed

EVERY.

BUTTERY.

FLAKY.

bite. .

There are so many different ways of eating out there, and with this post- I’m not going to touch on any of them- but what I will share with you, is a tip that works FOR ME.

A couple weeks ago, I had a friend tell me about this place in Spokane that has THE best croissants- and every since then-

every morning-

I’ve kinda day dreamed about them. .

I don’t like to have “rules” when it comes to eating.

Rules were a huge part of my past and when it comes to food, welp-they are made to be broken. .

So when I couldn’t stop thinking about this croissant, instead of telling myself “you can’t have that”

I told myself→

You CAN have that, (it’s always available to you)

And when you can find the time, you can go and eat that piece of heaven like you’re at a freakin’ cafe in gay ‘ole Par-ee)

--and that’s when my mind/body let out a sigh of relief. .

I can have it- anytime I want. .

BUT, here’s a guideline-

NOT a rule.

If I want it- I will

GO to the cafe.

SIT at a table.

SET down my phone, &

SMELL the croissant (<--this is the part you tell me I’m cray cray and that’s cool.)

And then →

I take the MOST BESTEST BITE of the whole croissant that I can see. .

You know what I’m talkin’ bout. That middle section that would make a belt pop off if it were wearin’ one.

THE BEST PART. .

And savor, every single bite.

And I tell myself that this is available at all times-

I don’t know if this wackee-doodle stuff makes sense to anyone else but me, but this kinda stuff helps me out a ton.
