When I asked about what YOU all wanted to see-
I received one DM about a woman wanted a core workout that doesn’t involve planks-
She has tenosynovitis in her wrist (ie. Wrist pain with certain positions) so I made her this standing series (link in Bio) -
THIS is where my background as a Physical Therapist Assistant helps tremendously.

I can alter the workout to FIT her needs-

On the list I have a 30 min cardio request from @strongherrevolution and a 15-20 min perinatal series from a friend (whom I’m not sure if she’s announced yet...) -
Please let me know what you’d like to see and I’ll add it to the list. I’m also developing a better organizational layout FOR these videos rather than YouTube- and what do you think of the side by side levels?
