If you have a BOSU ball, a piece of floor and a smile YOU can complete this superset. .
(3 ROUNDS of 2 exercises (30” each) with a 15 sec break in between rounds.

* Split Squat ( L )

* BOSU Burpees
* Plank Up/Downs
