“The NON-diet DIET!” <- this is how this was marketed on the show. -
Saw this little gem on the plane, and had to take note:

Please do me a favor and when anything is called NON-diet (and then the word DIET is repeated afterwards- take notes)

Hmmmm. This is interesting?
What is a NON pepper PEPPER?
Or a NON runner RUNNER?
Or a NON mother MOTHER?
(Am I proving my point here?)

In the beginning of the episode, these middle aged men spoke to a crowd of women- promising the cure to all their woes-
-
“Listen up ladies- it’s not what you’re eating- it’s WHEN you’re eating IT!”

Gasp! Have I been doing it all wrong? It’s NOT me- it’s the CLOCK!
(My sarcasm gets a little much at times..)

As the episode progressed, the professionals spoke of how THIS diet has no rules—
And then preceded to tell the audience...
ALL.
THE.
RULES.

“Eat cold carbs at lunch” was one- and I just thought
WTF does this mean-? Cold pasta at lunch, but warming it may deter all my goals?! 🥴🤦🏻♀️

What I’m hear to tell you is-
This is why all this crap is so tricky, bc people are still selling you crap- but it’s wrapped up in a burlap canvas sack now on a charcuterie board-
Same crap- different presentation.
