*Forward Lunge to Hip flexor stretch
*Switch
*Shuffle taps
*Squat, knee touches
* High knees to butt kicks
*in & out squat jumps
*R/L lateral taps
30-45 seconds of work, 15” rest with a warm up and cool down!
