Just finished up an 8 week custom training plan for a former client (specific equipment, time, days she can leave the house etc)

And it got me thinking about how much thought gets put into individualizing plans FOR specific folks.

...and how NO two sessions with me look the same.

There are TONS of great uses for cookie cutters-
but your personal training sessions shouldn’t be one of them!

(**Bonus points if you can list OTHER things that cookie cutters are NOT good for- these are too fun)😂
