Having an array of reasons for movement in your tool box- is a great way for it to become something that you enjoy.

“Walking outside brings me clairity” -Jamie

“I feel energized after I take that class!” -Jamie

“I feel like I’m more focused when I exercise, and my concentration levels improve” -Jamie

“I am more able to deal with life’s twists and turns after a bike ride or run” -Jamie

(Yeah, these are all me-)
But what I have done over the years is created a plethora of reasons that exercise and movement improve my mood and health-
And having more tools in a tool box is “usually” a good thing-
But, like - not if the tool box is cluttered and the tools rust and when you pick it up, it drops on your toe.
Then, that’s NOT a good thing! 😂
