Last week, I started doing LIVE workout videos on my facebook page-
Like REAL TIME,
REAL SWEATY UPPER STASH,
REAL FUN!
And want to punch me in the face for talking so much. .
My cousin Caroline inspired me to put together this workout because she did my last workout and commented, “I didn’t have weights, so I used a textbook”
And
DING!
A BELL RANG!
So, this is a preview of the LIVE workout I’ll be doing on MONDAY WITH A TEXT BOOK!
