There are LOADS of things that I love about STRONG by Zumba, but one of them is how the class incorporates balance moves throughout.

One thing I ALWAYS tell my students when they choose their level is--”If it doesn’t challenge you- IT doesnt CHANGE you.”

This is 100% true when practicing balance.

If you are STABLE- you NEED to make yourself UNSTABLE to improve your balance.

If you could stand on one foot all day- YOU are NOT challenged.

Close your eyes, move your arms, vary the surface. .

Hmmmm. Sounds like this could be true with some aspects of life eh?
