One of the questions that @oprah always asks the folks she interviews is:
“What’s the lesson that took you the longest to learn?”

and this always comes to mind when I hear her pose the question bc THIS would be ‘one’ of my answers.

[regardless of what this post implies, I will not be featured on Oprah’s podcast anytime soon- BUT. BUT-at least I have my answers ready when she DOES want me]😂

This IG comment was made about a year ago, and it makes me laugh- I mean, in actuality it’s not rude- it’s pretty honest and I truly did appreciate that my first “troll” didn’t say “you’re a horrible mother, unworthy of all love and you suck at everything you do” because that would have been a little rough to start out with- 😩😂

When I get stuff like this- I always think, “consider the source” and “Jamie, breathe. It’s okay if people don’t like you- there are 7 billion, so plenty of those are BOUND to think you suck. Good thing there are plenty more to go around!”

And then, I take a screen shot 54 weeks later—
and relive it all over again. 😂😂😂
