Here’s a quick workout (that will be on the YT channel in the next week) that can be done outside, in the living room, on the top of a building somewhere- b/c there’s no equipment needed. .
(make sure you warm up and cool down)
And complete (1,2 or even 3 rounds of the following)
30 seconds ON with a 15 second REST
4 squats / 8 skaters
Up down planks
Split squats
Reverse Plank Holds
Shoulder Push ups
4 knee touches to squat.
