I gotta hand it to ‘em.

SBZ has got the BEATS.

I LOVE the music that they use for their classes.

Each burpee, each cross punch and kick are PERFECTLY synced to the music so that you can HEAR what is coming up next.

It might take a couple classes before you get the hang of it- but I’ll never forget looking up one day to @ceolatoya mouthing the words and we both go “I LOVE THE MUSIC!” hahahahaa. .
