I am SO pumped about this virtual (face to face) training. .

My client is unable to meet on FaceTime during the holidays, so I made her a full version (25-30min) workout today (editing tomorrow) -which includes the warm up and the cool down-

so she can complete this on her own time during the week-

I wanted to give you all the rounds I set up for her just in case you wanted to do it on your own-

I used 10lb/ and occasionally modified dropping it down to 5s or 8s when my form was off-

The coolest part (okay ONE of the coolest parts) about working out with her online is being able to progress and modify the moves as needed.
