In my attempts to cook more vegetables that I would once shun my mother for cooking—

I present to you cabbage “steaks”

These are SUPER easy & surprisingly tasty!
AND a great side to bring to a pot luck if you never want to be invited back.

(Hear me out)
follow these rules:

—phone call: “yes, I’ll be bringing steaks to the pot luck”

Person on other line:

“STEAKS! Wow! Cool- see you then!” Then show up with these “steaks” and that person will cast you out of their life forever. 😳😂 But I promise, their good! 😉
