Does anyone remember the phrase “poundin’ the pavement” when lookin’ for a job?

I remember my brother using it all the time growing up- -Anyway, I hit the ground runnin’ with both feet meeting local business owners and trying to get the word out on the event the FOB and I are hosting on February 17th
