One of the reasons I enjoy teaching STRONG by Zumba, is that it gives me great moves to incorporate into my personal interval workouts.
Take this move for example, it can be done at many different levels for 30sec-1min in an interval session to get your heart rate up and leave you sweaty.
To those of you who have had a challenging day today, (mind, body, soul) or otherwise- I want you to know that you are strong and capable of amazing things.
Remember- “motion is lotion” so if you don’t like this move- walk, stretch or foam roll- anything to keep those joints moving and lubricated!
