Elastic bands are SUPER light weight, easy to carry and have TONS of various ways you can utilize them.

Iโ€™m working on a full workout video using just one band. (Thanks @c_jindrich for the video idea! ๐Ÿ˜)

Here are three moves that you can incorporate today with some theraband (packs are pretty cheap online) or if you have an awesome physical therapy clinic- they might just cut you off a piece for free ๐Ÿ˜

1) monster walks -make sure you walk side to side with a slight bend in your knees, pretend like you are balancing a book on your head to target those hip abductors!

2) hip extensions- again, slight bend in the standing leg and with your โ€œworking legโ€ bent, extend hip/knee back to work the posterior chain.

3)plank walk outs. Any movement associated with core stability is a winner in my book. .
