Elastic bands are SUPER light weight, easy to carry and have TONS of various ways you can utilize them.
Iโm working on a full workout video using just one band. (Thanks @c_jindrich for the video idea! ๐)
Here are three moves that you can incorporate today with some theraband (packs are pretty cheap online) or if you have an awesome physical therapy clinic- they might just cut you off a piece for free ๐
1) monster walks -make sure you walk side to side with a slight bend in your knees, pretend like you are balancing a book on your head to target those hip abductors!
2) hip extensions- again, slight bend in the standing leg and with your โworking legโ bent, extend hip/knee back to work the posterior chain.
3)plank walk outs. Any movement associated with core stability is a winner in my book. .
