Planks are a great functional core exercise where no equipment is needed...BLAH BLAH BLAH... (assuming you’ve heard this all before...)

What you may not know is how those crazies at the gym who stand in front of the mirror 24/7 May have a good thing going.

CHECKING FORM is imperative when it comes to performing a plank.

I prefer using first grade words to reference what I see myself doing.

Am I putting to much into my upper body and not utilizing my core? (teepee)

Am I letting my hips sag, so my back will be aching the next day (Conoe)

Even when I’m in board position, I can still scoop my hips a wee bit more.

Use this guide next time you check form.
